RETURN POLICY

Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number before returning or exchanging any product. This will ensure prompt and accurate credit or replacement.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 90 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging. Returned products are subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee at the discretion of OPS or the original manufacturer of the product. Custom products, discontinued products, products changed in material or design may not be returned for any reason except for OPS or manufacturer error. Items that are not stocked in OPS warehouse may not be returned unless the manufacturer agrees to take them back for credit or exchange. Defective products may be returned at any time.

The cost of returning products will be the responsibility of the customer unless the cause of the return was the fault of OPS. Shipping charges are due on all invoices even if the product is returned to OPS unless the return is the fault of OPS.
